Erma L. Williams Learning Center is committed to keeping our tuition affordable while also providing the highest quality of education for our students.
Registration Fees
Registration fee is $75 per family.
Multi-student Discounts
Families with more than one student enrolled can benefit from our multi-student family discount.
- Oldest child: Tuition is the full amount
- $25 dollars off tuition for each additional child.
Lunch Fees
All cost for meals and snacks are included in the monthly tuition.
Extended Care Fees
- Pre-Care Services from 7:00 am - 8:00 am are included in the monthly tuition.
- After-Care Services from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm are included in the monthly tuition.

Annual Book Fee
Covers cost of teaching aids, assessments,readers, textbooks, workbooks, novels, test books and other course materials. Book Fees are due at the time of enrollment. These fees are an approximation and are subject to change based upon changes imposed by the manufacture
Annual Student Activity Fee
Covers cost of supplies and materials for classroom activities and field trips.
K5 Graduation Fee
Covers graduation expenses. Due the first week of May.
Tuition Payment Options
You may select among the following options to pay your child's tuition.
- Monthly Payment Plan - one payment due the 5th of each month.
- Annual Payment Plan - one payment due the 5th of September.
